Full Planning Package
Making your wedding day a resounding success is easy when you choose the full day planning package. Not only are you getting the highest level of customer satisfaction, industry expertise, and premium organizational skills, but you also receive an ally in which you can trust to make your wedding everything you’ve always dreamt of. Rachael gives you unfettered access with unlimited consultations, phone calls and emails through out the planning process. She understands how you feel and is there to guide you step-by-step. Your input and ideas are translated into a visually appealing inspiration board that will bring all of your wedding elements together in one cohesive style. Not only are your wedding colors and theme taken into account, Rachael also plans with your budget in mind and helps you stay on track with month-to-month checklists.
Every aspect and detail from accommodations of out of town guest, transportation, and coordination with vendors is managed in a professional manner. Most of all, expert care is taken to accommodating your busy schedule so there is no need to feel pressured or rushed. You can have peace of mind that all of the behind the scene elements will work together and culminate in a wedding day that not only looks beautiful, but is memorable, fun, and personalized.
Services for Full Day Planning include:
- Unlimited consultations
- Personalized inspiration board
- Month to month checklists
- Assist bride, groom and wedding party with attire selection (if needed)
- Research accommodations for out of town guests, including transportation
- Schedule interview/appointments with all prospective vendors around your availability
- Review and negotiate all vendor contracts
- Assist with ordering of stationary: save the dates, invitations, name cards, menus, and programs
- Attend any vendor meetings/tasting as needed
- Confirm arrival and departures with all vendors, as well as quantities on rentals items one week prior to the date
- Supervise and facilitate rehearsal
- Confirm arrival and departures with all vendors, as well as quantities on rentals items one week prior to the date
- Up to two coordinators will be on-site for 10 hours of event management on your wedding day
- Detailed wedding day timeline creation and distribution to vendors, all members of the bridal party and parents of the bride & groom
- Oversee ceremony and reception site set up & tear down
- Placement of items that may not be handled by vendors such as, wedding programs, menu cards, guest book, favors, etc.
- Provide wedding day “emergency kit”
- Greet and direct vendors, wedding party, & guests
- Work with DJ on timing for music during ceremony, grand entrance as newly weds, all special dances, toasts and bouquet/garter toss
- Distribute final payments and gratuities to all vendors as necessary
- Ensure end of event arrangements are made for items such as gifts, guest book, toasting flutes, etc.
Partial Planning
This package is perfect for couples that set out to plan their wedding without a coordinator and now find that there are a few too many loose ends to bring together before the wedding day. Planning a wedding is often a full time job! The partial planning package allows you to get back to your regular 9-5 routine while still creating the event you so greatly desire.
Services for Partial Planning include:
- 5 consultations of your choice
- Assistance with budget
- Creation of inspiration board with your theme and colors for your wedding (if needed)
- Review and negotiate vendor contracts
- Research and meeting with up to 2 vendors (go over if they are available, pricing, ex.)
- Confirm arrival and departures with all vendors, as well as quantities on rentals items one week prior to the date
- Attend rehearsal
- Provide wedding day “emergency kit”
- At least one coordinator will be on-site for 10 hours of event management (Additional hours can be added)
- Placement of items that may not be handled by vendors such as, wedding programs, menu cards, guest book, favors, etc.
- Detailed wedding day timeline creation and distribution to vendors, all members of the bridal party and parents of the bride & groom
